| According to TMZ, Lil Wayne is not permitted to give out his autograph while serving his one year sentence at Rikers Island prison.
The Correction Officer's Benevolent Association said, "Lil Wayne is not a celebrity in here.” In addition, Lil Wayne has not requested nor will he receive any preferential treatment during his stay. If he keeps out of trouble while in jail, he might be released within eight months on good behavior.

| According to several sources, Lady Gaga is working on having a 3D concert and DVD.
Her label Interscope talked with MTV and said, "There are talks about a 3-D concert and DVD in the near future." Back in December, Lady Gaga released a deluxe edition of her Fame Monster album, which included a pair of 3-D glasses that she explained would come in handy "for things happening soon."
