Starting his career in NYC, love for music and influencing crowds created the opportunity for REFLEX to travel around the world.  Playing in random cities for "different" crowds quickly became an obsession.  As a young club promoter, REFLEX spent a lot of time at legendary NYC venues such as Tunnel, Sound Factory, Limelight, Expo (to name a few) watching "big name" dj's rock crowds in the thousand's.  The ability to move large masses of people for hours at a time was a craft that inevitably became molded into this young mind.  The NYC club scene became more attractive for REFLEX when he was introduced to the "elite" nightlife world.  Exclusive parties and special events drew a lot of attention to venues that were much smaller in size than the clubs that he was used to seeing "big" dj's play in.  These new, smaller venues seemed much more manageable (for the beginner dj) than the large arena's that drew large, music loving crowds.  This seemed like a good place to start.   Working with top promoters and playing a quiet roll in NYC nightlife, REFLEX got a taste of what "The Scene" had to offer.  With much to learn still, REFLEX kept an eye on successful dj's in the scene and observed how his peers were able to rock parties and make their names grow.
 
Instead of competing for the same business in NYC, REFLEX diverted his attention to Boston, where he was able to establish himself as one of the premier hip hop dj's in the city.  REFLEX played along side veterans of the Boston scene and sought guidance from top radio & club dj's.  He was determined to be recognized as one of the "best".  The Boston experience gave REFLEX confidence and helped him to build skills that would later be essential in NYC.  Before returning to NYC, REFLEX took a trip to Europe with his record bag and crashed parties for 8 months.  This European trip confirmed the possibility of being a successful international dj & made it clear that music was right path.  Before returning to New York, he picked up a residency in Seville, Spain which solidified his international capabilities. 
 
When REFLEX returned to NYC the scene had not skipped a beat.  There were even more opportunities for him to play at top nightclubs and events than before.  The excitement and success drove him to take on several weekly residencies and continue to book "hot parties".  REFLEX quickly became a familiar name in the NYC nightlife scene and his performances continued to get better.  As the resume expanded, REFLEX found himself spinning at some of the city's "most remembered" parties and working with some of the city's most respected faces.
 
Today DJ REFLEX is one of the fastest rising entertainers on the NYC elite dj circuit.  Spinning at some of the hottest nightclub venues and performing at premier corporate & celebrity events, he has earned his place in this top market.   A native of NY & a true tastemaker, his dj sets can be distinguished by live elements, an eclectic mix of popular genres & his wild personality.   REFLEX is highly sought after by club venues nationally and continues to rock parties internationally with his memorable style.   He is one of the national booking talents for SCRATCH Academy & the "dj of choice" for many celebrity faces.  Working along side some of the world’s most notable dj's & producers, his house remixes and original tracks are highly anticipated and will undoubtedly reach mainstream charts.  We expect great things from this young entertainer & look forward to bringing him to your venue soon.
